About Daniel Jimmie
Daniel Jimmie is the Founder & CEO of Jettly AI, an AI consultancy focused on helping organizations grow intelligently—by aligning revenue, talent, product, and systems into one coherent operating model.
Daniel is a senior operating and revenue executive with more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, and modernizing businesses across technology, professional services, and enterprise environments. For much of that time, he has operated alongside founders and CEOs in a COO/CRO capacity—owning execution while helping shape what comes next.
What distinguishes Daniel’s career is not a single domain, but range with continuity.
Since the late 1990s, he has worked at the intersection of people, product, and growth—through multiple technology waves: early web, custom software, mobile, SaaS, IoT, AR/VR, machine learning, and now AI. He has been directly involved in product design, custom development, and go-to-market execution for solutions that helped define what later became industry standard. He understands technology not as novelty, but as infrastructure that must serve real business outcomes.
Earlier in his career, Daniel became a repeat #1 worldwide producer in enterprise recruiting and staffing, later leading divisions through aggressive growth and market disruption. While he no longer operates as a recruiter by trade, that experience fundamentally shaped how he builds companies. He learned early how to assess talent under pressure, scale teams responsibly, and balance empathy with performance—skills that continue to inform his work in leadership, consulting, and systems design.
Across roles and industries, Daniel has consistently been trusted to step into complexity: rebuilding underperforming teams, scaling from sub-$1M to multi-eight-figure revenue, integrating sales, marketing, delivery, and operations, and navigating moments where execution—not ideas—made the difference.
Jettly AI is the synthesis of that journey.
Built as a bootstrapped, operator-led venture, Jettly AI helps organizations apply AI where it actually matters: improving revenue predictability, accelerating execution, strengthening talent systems, and modernizing workflows without breaking trust or governance. The firm is deliberately pragmatic—focused on measurable outcomes, not hype cycles.
Daniel’s leadership style is calm, direct, and execution-oriented. His path has included setbacks as well as wins, and he brings the judgment that only comes from having lived both. Clients don’t hire him for theory; they hire him for pattern recognition, disciplined thinking, and the ability to move organizations forward—without losing their footing.
How We Work
We approach every engagement the same way: with clarity, discipline, and respect for what’s at stake.
Our work is grounded in real operating experience; building teams, scaling revenue, designing products, and implementing systems that have to perform under real-world constraints. We spend time understanding the problem before proposing solutions, because speed without context creates waste.
We favor simple, durable approaches over complexity. We focus on systems that people can actually use, metrics that matter, and changes that hold up over time. When something isn’t a fit, we say so. When it is, we work with intention and accountability.
Our goal is not to impress, it’s to help organizations move forward with confidence.
